You have the official right to submit a request for revocation to us within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. Many of our products are custom-made. Think of keyed alike cylinders or extra keys. That is why in many cases we cannot return the full amount paid. An example; If you return custom-made cylinders, you will pay € 12.50 per cylinder for disassembly plus half the price of the total number of keys supplied minus the standard three pieces. This may differ per case, but the aforementioned is the guideline.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, we urge you never to send anything to us without an announcement and accompanying letter. Unfortunately, we must consider this package as not received and will set it aside until we hear from you.
It is also important to know that we never resend keys if they have already been sent. That is why we charge the costs as stated above. So you can order to your heart's content because each delivery is delivered with a unique key. We never use a closure for the second time.
