After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, of which we are affiliated.
From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. Right of withdrawal
Would you like to cancel or return your order? You have the official right to submit a request for revocation to us within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. However, we would like to draw your attention to Article 10.6 of the general terms and conditions. Many of the items we supply fall under this article, namely customization. Think of keyed alike cylinders or extra keys. Therefore, in many cases we cannot return the full amount paid, as an example; If you return custom-made cylinders for you, you pay € 12.50 per cylinder for disassembly plus half the price of the total number of keys supplied minus the standard three pieces. In our opinion, this may differ per case, but the aforementioned is the guideline. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, we ask you to complete the model below according to your situation and send it to us by e-mail. Returns without accompanying letter will not be considered.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
