Accidentally ordered the wrong size or cylinder? No problem!
If you unexpectedly ordered the wrong size, it is best to contact us via the contact form. Never send anything without prior notice and accompanying letter. Packages that arrive without an accompanying letter or announcement will only be processed if we receive an accompanying letter.
The period for exchange is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Do you not meet one of these conditions? We will figure it out, but please let us know.
If it concerns a cylinder from a keyed alike set, we will need the relevant cylinder from you and a key.
If it is a separate cylinder then it is of course a bit easier. We can then simply send you a new cylinder if we have received the incorrectly ordered cylinder back from you.
If we have to convert a cylinder to a different size for you, this will incur costs. Converting a cylinder costs €12.50 including VAT. Is it one cylinder? Then the shipping costs will be added. Of course we settle price differences. If the new size is shorter or longer, we will settle the price difference.
